SELLS, DANIEL K.
, was born Aug. 22, 1800, in Ross county, Ohio, and came with his brother-in-law, Christopher Newcomer, to Sangamon county in 1824, and taught school at Rochester in 1825. He enlisted at Columbus, O., and served through the Mexican war. Has traveled all over the American continent. He lives with his nephew, Dow Newcomer. See his name.
